Dr. Mehreen Haque
Originating from Bear, Delaware, Dr. Haque has always had a passion for helping others. For her, the best part about being a dentist is being able to improve people’s smiles with exceptional and personalized dental care while also giving back to the community. With your oral health and comfort in mind, she is more than ready to start your dental journey with you at our practice. Read on to learn more about her below.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
One of the first things Dr. Haque wanted to do was to make a positive impact on people’s lives. She then went on to pursue a career in dentistry and hasn’t looked back ever since. Now, she’s able to build strong relationships with the community as well as improve her patient’s self-esteem and confidence by maintaining and enhancing their pearly whites.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Haque first attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia for her Bachelor’s in Biology. She then moved on to study at the Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine. She also completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the New York University Langone Medical Center.
Dr. Haque is a proud and active member of the American Dental Association, and she regularly pursues continuing education through the Terrapin Study Club and Baltimore Study Club.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
When she isn’t at the office treating smiles, Dr. Haque enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones. She likes going on evening walks, attending her Orange Theory fitness classes, choreographing dances, and visiting different places around the country and the world. One interesting fact about her is that she enjoys performing dances at weddings!
